For the last 10+ years’ I have coached and trained mid-life women to stop neglecting their own needs. As behavioral change and motivational techniques’ specialist, it’s my mission to help busy, middle aged women feel more empowered and less overwhelmed by supplying them with tools that help bring more balance, vitality, self-trust and GUSTO back into their lives!

But this certainly hasn’t always been my path.

I grew up in a small town in North Alabama. I picked up some bad habits and had no awareness in regards to my health. And I definitely hadn’t heard of meditation or yoga! I went through a lot in my thirties and forties and eventually hit rock bottom - physically, mentally and emotionally. Burnout anyone?!?

Looking back, the one thing I needed most at the time was someone to challenge my thought process and help me realize that I cannot pour from an empty cup. 

Which is why I now teach women just like you how to love themselves, manage stress levels, change their relationship with food and most importantly, how to set healthy boundaries and incorporate self-care into their busy lives. So that you don’t end up burnt-out, miserable and struggling with your health like I did. Mid-life is your time to SHINE!
